1) Contact me by phone or by email. My phone number is 503.284.4501. My email address is christian@christianwolff.com. Both my phone and email are strictly confidential. We will have a discussion about your concerns and how I may be of assistance to you. You may also contact me by email by clicking the contact me link on any page.
2) For your convenience, it is recommended that you go to my Forms Page and fill out the necessary paperwork ahead of time. This will save you time in the waiting room and in my office and we will be able to get to your concerns more quickly. The instructions are included and should be easy to follow. You are encouraged to fill out the paperwork completely. If you have any questions while doing this, please do not hesitate to contact me.
3) My address and directions to my office can be found on my Directions Page. When you arrive, you may go ahead and have a seat in the waiting room which will be to your right at the top of the stairs. I have no receptionist but will be expecting you at our appointed time. I will come from my office which is across from the waiting room and greet you. I will take the paperwork you have completed and return to my office to review the paperwork privately (it should only take a few minutes). We will then go to my office and begin.
4) The first time we visit, I will take about two minutes to reassure you about the privacy of our conversations, and I will tell you about the limits on privacy as required by law. You can find out more about this by visiting my Privacy Policy Page or my Treatment Contract Page. This is important to review so that you can make informed decisions about what you choose to tell me. We will also discuss ways for you to give me your permission if you choose to allow me to speak to others about your treatment. It is likely that I will take a lot of notes during our first session. In following sessions, it is likely I will take fewer notes while we are talking and I will make my notes after you have left.
