out the necessary paperwork ahead of time. This will save you time in the waiting
room and in my office and we will be able to get to your concerns more quickly. The

When you arrive, you may go ahead and have a seat in the waiting room which will
be to your right at the top of the stairs. I have no receptionist but will be expecting
you at our appointed time. I will come from my office which is across from the
waiting room and greet you. I will take the paperwork you have completed and
return to my office to review the paperwork privately (it should only take a few
minutes). We will then go to my office and begin.

privacy of our conversations, and I will tell you about the limits on privacy as

ways for you to give me your permission if you choose to allow me to speak to
