Mental Health Crisis Lines:
These crisis lines may be used for concerns you have
for yourself or for others.
If you are uncertain about your county, you may call
Multnomah County: 503-988-4888
Washington County: 503-291-9111
Clackamas County: 503-655-8401
General Mental Health Resources:
Even if you do not have a mental health emergency,
the mental health crisis lines are available 24 hours
per day, 7 days per week as a mental health resource
line. If it is not an emergency, please tell them so
right away. If they are helping others with
emergencies, they may ask if you will call back at a
later time.

Domestic & Sexual Violence:
If you or someone you know are in immediate danger of harm call
911 immediately or otherwise seek safety!
Domestic violence can be very complex and finding safety can be
complicated.
The Oregon Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence
recommends caution in using phones or computers which can be
traced by stalkers or controlling abusers. If you feel it is safe to do
